We visit our office in that area every year and every year I promise myself I will never return to this Vida. Every year I give it a go again and the same experience every time. The worse customer service and very rude staff!! If there was 0 stars , I would give them that.

Have not received nice service every-time I go there, staff has actually asked why I am wearing a certain outfit. Food is always burnt after requesting to warm it and hot drinks are cold.

Same experience as most others here, staff are just incredibly rude and this store closes and opens at the most random hours as they please. They told us to get out of the shop at 12:10 on a Friday because they decided to close even when that’s not the operating hours.

Such disappointing service, it is now 06:51 and shop is still closed after waitong 15min oitside and being told there was short staff and there was still alot to do. Nobody proactively cane outside to the people waiting to let us know

The worst Gelado I have had from any Vida - absolutely zero flavour. Drove here after another branch had no ice. Had to wait until the cashier noticed me as she was busy clothing shopping - she did have a great attitude once noticed though.
